Learning Mentor - Secondary School

Are you a passionate and devoted Learning Mentor seeking to join a vibrant and thriving learning community with a possible long-term placement? We have just the opportunity for you! An excellent Secondary school in Southall is looking for an attentive Learning Mentor to join their friendly and dedicated team.

The role:

  • Learning Mentor to support SEN students and children with behavioural difficulties
  • Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Encourage positive interactions for successful partnerships through a rich and varied curriculum
  • Assist students to realise and achieve their full potential academically, personally and socially

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children in a school setting
  • Effective collaboration with members of the team and communication with parents
  • Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
  • Must be AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY to work as a Learning Mentor
  • Already have/willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS
  • A responsible and positive individual
