KS1 Learning Support Assistant

Do you have recent experience as a KS1 Learning Support Assistant? Are you looking for a long term role?

If so, we are recruiting passionate KS1 Learning Support Assistants for Primary schools in the Hayes area. The role is to start on an immediate basis, and continue long term. Prior experience in a UK Primary School is required and having confidence to support SEN pupils on a 1:1 and group basis.

The role:

• Provide 1:1 or group support with KS1 pupils
• Carry out interventions under the class teachers direction
• Accurately track and report pupil progress
• Build strong rapport with pupils and staff

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar setting
• A relevant Bachelors degree, desired but not a requirement
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Live local to Hayes
