Job description

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and qualified HLTA to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Abbots Langley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs and making a meaningful difference in their education journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
Support the academic, emotional, and social development of pupils.
Build strong relationships with children, offering consistent learning and emotional support.
Assist teaching staff in delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
Help create a positive, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
Requirements:
Must hold a Level 3 or Level 4 HLTA qualification.
Previous experience working in a UK school setting is essential.
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
An Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Reside in or be able to commute to Abbots Langley.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.
