Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Are you a recent Graduate? Do you live local to Radlett, and looking for a long term role?

We are looking for Graduate Learning Support Assistant's with an interest in supporting SEN pupils. We are working alongside a fantastic SEN School based in Radlett, who are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and will receive training to support with behaviour management. This is a long term, leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The role:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis
• Help to manage challenging behaviour
• Follow behaviour and Individual support plans
• Use and work on own initiative

Requirements:

• Good understanding of ASD
• Graduate Degree
• Good communication skills
• Live local to Radlett
