Education Recruitment Resourcer

Envision Education is a growing Education specialist Recruitment Agency based in Brentford, West London. We have been operating for over 6 years, and serve schools across London, supplying teachers and support staff on a long term/permanent basis.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is interested in moving into a long term career in a highly rewarding, and fast paced environment.

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer on a full time basis, who will support the recruitment team to recruit support staff to fill various positions in London.

The role will involve searching for suitable teachers and teaching assistants from various CV search websites, carrying out phone conversations with candidates, and engaging in face to face interviews with candidates. The role involves exceptional communication skills and you will be required to liaise with the Recruitment Consultants on a daily basis to inform them of suitable candidates for the roles they are filling.

To secure this position, you would be required to successfully pass 4 stages in the interview process.

The ideal candidate will have the following

• Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal
• Able to think outside the box to help find teachers
• Strong level of enthusiasm and initiative
• Has the desire to succeed
• A genuine interest in the recruitment industry
• A university graduate
• Education industry knowledge, but not essential
• Must be motivated and keen
• Must have a good attitude!
• Competent in using IT
