Care Support Worker - Feltham

Are you seeking a Care Support Worker position to support children with their development? Love supporting children?

If so, apply now to an exciting opportunity in the Feltham area as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker you will be required to support all aged children with their development and you will need to support children with social, emotional and mental health needs. As the students can have quite challenging behaviour this is a role that will require you to have patience and an ability to build strong bonds with students.

You do not need previous experience within a school setting as a Care Support Worker provided you have had previous experience with children in some professional capacity and must have a general understanding of what is required of you as a Care Support Worker

The Role:

  • As a Care Support Worker you will be supporting students with SEN to ensure they are achieving their personal developmental milestones
  • Work with staff members to craft an engaging and stimulating environment for children
  • Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Support children with social, emotional and mental health needs

Requirements:

  • Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
  • Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK
  • Have some experience with SEN children or be willing to work with those with SEN
  • Already have or willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS
