Calling all SEN Teaching Assistants with experience supporting children with highly challenging behaviour!

Envision Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant on behalf of a mainstream primary school based in Feltham. This role will be to support a child with ODD and behavioural challenges on a one to one basis.

The position is full-time, long-term and start immediately - trials are taking place this week.

About the role:

  • Support pupil in Year 3 with ODD and challenging behaviour
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Adopt a vigilant approach support your key pupil and ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times
  • Build a strong rapport and encourage positive progress
  • Support the child to overcome learning barriers

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as an SEN TA
  • Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is essential
  • Must be available full-time and immediately
