Job description

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor? Are you available immediately?

We are looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to work in schools in the Hayes, Hillingdon area on a long term basis. You will ideally have at least 6 months of school based experience and be available on a fairly immediate basis. This is a great opportunity to secure a long term role, with the potential of it turning permanent for the right candidate.

The role:

  • Help to manage challenging behaviour
  • Support in a 1:1 and group basis
  • Work with students in and out of class
  • Use your own initiative to support pupils and staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, desired
  • At least 6 months of experience in a school setting
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils and those displaying challenging behaviour
  • Live local to Hayes
