Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor? Are you local to Ealing and available long term in September?

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support in a secondary school within the borough of Ealing. This will be for long term roles starting in September. You must have a proven record of having good behaviour management skills and be flexible working across different classes. Ideally you will have a level 3 qualification or higher.

The role:

  • Work 1:1 and with groups of students who may display challenging behaviour
  • Work closely with the class teacher
  • Deliver interventions when required
  • Work on own initiative and support in and out of class


  • Ideally Level 3 TA, or higher
  • 6 months experience as a Behaviour Mentor
  • Good communication skills
  • Live local to Ealing, and available full time
