Behaviour Mentor

Are you an experience Behaviour Mentor or Teaching Assistant who is confident support children with challenging needs?

Envision Education are seeking a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about instilling a love of learning in children, and encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves in Education!

About the role:

• Support KS1 - KS2 pupils with challenging behaviour
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Carry out intervention groups
• Build a positive bond with pupils
• Encourage pupils to be role models in school
• Monitor progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant experience
• Confident supporting children with challenging behaviour
• Genuine passion for working with young people
• Must be available full-time and immediately
• Local to Feltham
