Job description
Are you an experience Behaviour Mentor or Teaching Assistant who is confident support children with challenging needs?
Envision Education are seeking a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about instilling a love of learning in children, and encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves in Education!
About the role:
- Support KS1 - KS2 pupils with challenging behaviour
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Carry out intervention groups
- Build a positive bond with pupils
- Encourage pupils to be role models in school
- Monitor progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant experience
- Confident supporting children with challenging behaviour
- Genuine passion for working with young people
- Must be available full-time and immediately
- Local to Feltham
