I’m an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a background spanning agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition, and senior HR leadership. I began my career at Reed, where I completed my apprenticeship and built a strong foundation in recruitment best practice. From there, I moved into internal recruitment roles with organisations such as Charlotte Tilbury, River Island, and Faculty AI, gaining broad exposure across retail, beauty, and technology sectors.

My career then progressed into senior HR management within the private education sector, where I developed a strong passion for people development, culture, and organisational growth.
