Hanae recently graduated with a 2:1 in Psychology and has a strong focus on people focused work, particularly supporting others in finding roles where they can thrive. Through her role at Kumon, she gained experience in HR and education, developing strong educational skills and an understanding of candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination. She enjoys supporting the resourcing process and helping to ensure candidates are matched with suitable roles efficiently. Outside of work, she loves baking and spending time with her ragdoll kitten. She is eager to continue developing her skills within education resourcing and to grow within the sector.
