The Boss (or so he thinks he is). After many years as a highly successful Recruiter, he took a leap in 2014 and decided to go it alone! Balraj is exceptionally ambitious and is continually growing his team and business. He loves the saying 'Rome wasn't built within a day' and believes this is akin to his own business.

Balraj still loves the buzz of helping his candidates find their perfect job and puts his heart into ensuring his own team, candidates and schools are succeeding. When he is not looking after his team, candidates and schools, Balraj loves to jog, lift weights and stay fit and healthy. He is also very passionate about travelling and has traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents! Balraj also got married to his lovely wife in 2018 and recently became a father to a beautiful little boy.

Balraj is responsible for managing his team and the business operations on a day to day basis.
