SEN Teacher

Are you an experienced SEN Teacher?

We are looking for a passionate, intuitive SEN Teacher for an all through SEN School based in Ealing. The school caters to students from Key stage 1 through to 5 and the school provide their students with access to specialist therapeutic and learning support that enable them to engage fully in all educational and enrichment activities.

You will have prior experience of teaching in an SEN school, up to year 6 and be dedicated to providing a well rounded curriculum in line with the schools values. This is a long term position starting in September. The school offers excellent facilities for music recording and technology, photography, media, film production, hairdressing, barbering and beauty therapy.

You will be working alongside a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialist staff who strive to ensure that every child/young person is equipped with the skills they need to continue on their future learning journey. The role:

• Teach SEN pupils up to Year 6
• To manage the class and support Teaching Assistants in your class
• Develop IEP's and work closely with the SENCO
• Encourage new and creative learning opportunities to support pupils

Requirements:

• QTS, preferably with SEN specialism
• At least 1 year of experience as an SEN Teacher
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Available full time from September
