Are you a qualified and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant seeking a full time position?

Envision Education is seeking an enthusiastic LSA with experience supporting young children with severe learning difficulties to work within the SEN unit of a dynamic mainstream primary school in Harrow.

We are looking for someone passionate and outgoing, seeking a long-term, full-time role in a happy and harmonious multicultural school, starting September.

About the role:

  • Work times: 8:30-4pm Monday-Friday.
  • Support in the SEN unit consisting of 12+ pupils aged 4-6 years.
  • Pupils have severe learning difficulties. All have an active or pending EHCP,with a diagnosis of either Autism or Downs Syndrome, or Cognitive Learning Disability, and vary from non-verbal to acquiring verbal skills.
  • Staff work as part of a team and experienced staff support newer members to ensure that risk assessments are followed.

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced in supporting children with SEN
  • Local or happy travelling to Harrow.
  • Available to start ASAP and able to work full time.
