Envision Education is a rapidly growing Education Recruitment Agency based in Brentford, West London. We have been operating for 5 years, and serve schools across London, supplying teachers and SEN support staff on a long term/permanent basis.

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant on a full time basis, who will support the team to recruit teachers and support staff and fill various positions in London. There is huge career potential in this role.

The role will involve searching for suitable teachers and teaching assistants from various CV search websites, carrying out phone conversations with candidates, engaging in face to face interviews with candidates, and completing vetting on the candidates. The role will also lead to business developing with schools, which includes sales calls to develop business and meeting with Headteachers and decision makers in schools to discuss staffing needs.

• Graduates who have experience in a sales or recruitment environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent sales ability
• Confident and ambitious
• Motivated and keen
• Hard-working and keen to get stuck in!
• IT competent
• Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn
