Compliance & Safeguarding Consultant

Envision Education is a growing Education Specialist Recruitment Agency based in Brentford, West London. We have been operating for over 6 years, and serve schools across London, supplying teachers and support staff on a long term/permanent basis.

Please note, a start date will be April or May depending on the current lockdown.

We are currently seeking a Compliance and Safeguarding Officer on a full time basis, who will support the recruitment team to carry out compliance checks on the Teachers and Support Staff that we recruit for schools. This will include the following and not limited to:

• Scan and upload documents onto the system
• Carry out DBS and update service checks on candidates
• Obtain references for candidates
• Chase outstanding documents from candidates
• General administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have the following

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Career driven
• Strong level of enthusiasm and initiative
• Has the desire to succeed
• Must have experience in a similar role
• A university graduate
• Education industry knowledge, but not essential
• Must be motivated and keen
• Must have a good attitude!
• Competent in using IT
