Job description
Have you had experience supporting the social and academic development of pupils with challenging behaviour? Are you committed to making a positive change?
We are looking for a proactive and creative Behaviour Management Teaching Assistant to support a small group of 4 pupils in a Year 1 class.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with SEN / SEMH or behaviour difficulties, and will be passionate about developing children's social and academic skills.
This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately and has the potential to lead to permanent.

About the role:
- Support 4 pupils in KS1
- Pupils have undiagnosed SEN, and some behavioural difficulties
- Implement creative behaviour management techniques
- Lead intervention groups
- Create a positive learning space
- Lead by example and act as a positive role model
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is essential
- Ideally a Graduate
- Proactive and creative
- Must be available full-time, long-term and immediately
