1:1 Teaching Assistant

If you have experience supporting children in Early Years, and children with SEN, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Envision Education have partnered up with an exceptional mainstream infant school based in Feltham, who are searching for a talented 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Nursery with ASD.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar setting, with a genuine passion for working in Education. This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately.

About the role:

• Support a pupil with Autism on a 1:1 basis
• Key child is in Nursery
• Support with phonics, literacy and basic numeracy
• Promote positive social skills
• Encourage and model positive behaviour
• Ensure the safeguarding of pupils at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in Early Years
• Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally ASD
• Level 3 Childcare qualification is ideal but not essential
• Local to, or happy travelling to Feltham
• Must be available full time and immediately
