Job description

Experienced Teaching Assistant needed for a school based in Hammersmith

Envision Education is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for a secondary school in Hammersmith to support students from Years 7 to 11 who require additional support. This includes students with various SEN needs.

The role:

  • Support children on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Provide general classroom support
  • Monitor and track progress
  • Exercise role model behaviour and attitude in the classroom
  • Foster positive behaviour management strategies
  • Carry out administrative tasks if needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience
  • Degree and / or TA qualification
  • Must have good spoken and written English
  • Bubbly and confident personality and enjoys working with children
  • Must be available full-time and immediately
