Teaching Assistant

Envision Education work with a number of wonderful primary, secondary and SEN school in the Hounslow borough who are seeking talented TA's / LSA to join them in September. We offer fantastic opportunities for you to find your dream role in school local to you and on a long-term basis.

These roles would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant who is flexible working in a mainstream and SEN school with a genuine passion for inspiring children in an educational setting. We are looking for someone who is available Monday - Friday from the new academic year and is based close by to the Hounslow borough.

About the role:

• Work in a primary, secondary or SEN school supporting children to overcome learning barriers
• Use your knowledge and prior experience to offer a tailored experience to each child
• Adopt exciting and engaging methods of learning
• Carry out intervention groups
• Implement behaviour management strategies in line with the school's behaviour policy
• Work alongside the Classroom Teacher to ensure a positive and happy learning environment

Requirements:

• 1 year experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant
• Level 3 and / or Degree
• Must be based locally to Hounslow
• Available full-time from September
