Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them achieve both academically and personally.

• Work closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

• Support the delivery of fun, interactive lessons across the curriculum.

• Monitor and record pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to staff and parents.

• Reflect on your practice and commit to your own professional development.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children in a school or care setting.

• A professional reference to confirm your experience.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• Ability to commute to or reside in Watford.
