Special Needs Teaching Assistant needed for a Primary Shool in Harrow

Envision Education is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants with a background in SEN to work for a school based in Harrow supporting children with autism and learning difficulties.

The Role:

• Support pupils with autism and learning difficulties in a classroom setting
• Monitor the progress of pupils and provide feedback
• Support the teacher with daily duties
• Ability to work one to one and manage potentially challenging needs and behaviours
• Must be proactive and engaging to meet the social, emotional and academic needs of children

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in a similar setting
• Experience working with children with SEN is ideal
• Bachelor Degree is preferred
• Must be available full-time and immediately
• Live locally to Harrow
