Special Needs Teachers - Hertfordshire

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEND Teachers for a range of full-time positions across Hertfordshire.

Working with a number of supportive and inclusive schools, we are looking for teachers who are committed to helping pupils with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. These rewarding opportunities are ideal for educators who can deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and create positive learning environments where every child feels supported to reach their full potential.

Whether you are an experienced SEND Teacher or a mainstream teacher with a strong interest in special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and individualised lessons for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
* Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure each pupil thrives.
* Promote pupils' academic, social, and emotional development through creativity, care, and consistency.

What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* A strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching practices.
* A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to supporting individual needs.
* Full-time availability, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
