Senior Recruitment Consultant

Envision Education is a rapidly growing Education Recruitment Agency based in Brentford, West London. We have been operating for 5 years, and serve schools across London, supplying teachers and SEN support staff on a long term/permanent basis.

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to joing our already successful team on a full time basis, who will support, motivate and lead the team to recruit teachers and support staff and fill various positions within primary, secondary and SEN schools in London. There is huge career potential in this role.

The role will involve searching for suitable teachers and teaching assistants from various CV search websites, carrying out phone conversations with candidates, engaging in face to face interviews with candidates. The role will also lead to business developing with schools, which includes sales calls to develop business and meeting with Headteachers and other decision-makers in schools to discuss staffing needs.

As the role requires someone with recruitment experience, you will be influential in helping to motivate and drive the team forward.

What we are looking for:

• Graduates who have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferable within the education sector
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent sales ability
• Confident and ambitious
• Motivated and keen
• Hard-working and keen to get stuck in!
• IT competent
• Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn
