The School:

• A fantastic Primary School based in Hillingdon
• In 2018 the Primary school was in the top 4% of schools in the country for its phonics results, and number 1 in Hillingdon for pupil progress in writing at Key Stage Two
• Support pupils in achieving well above local and national averages for progress across all key stages
• Learners are actively encouraged to take responsibility for themselves and their learning

The Role:

• Teaching Assistant to support children with autism and behavioural difficulties
• Work with children of a Primary School age
• To prioritise the student's safety and well-being as well as commitment to success
• To encourage the pupil's personal and educational development and autonomy
• A rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the student's confidence and growth

Requirements:

• Recent experience working with children in a school environment
• The children can have quite challenging behaviour so you must be comfortable in this environment
• Maintain open and efficient communication with colleagues and parents
• Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
• Must be AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY to work
• Either live in Hillingdon, or within a commutable distance
