Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant with an SEN background? Are you ready to embark on your next rewarding role?

Envision Education are searching for an experienced and driven SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a truly engaging and diverse Primary School in Harrow.

About the School:

This welcoming primary school based in Harrow is dedicated to offering the best support to SEN children, with creative lessons and a focused attitude to learning.

The school uses high quality resources and has excellent facilities which contribute to a highly effective learning environment.

Role:

  • Ability to support children 1:1 and in groups
  • Confident to work with children with severe learning difficulties such as Autism and Downs Syndrome
  • Work in a SEN specialist setting supporting teaching staff and children
  • Monitor the progress of pupils and provide feedback
  • Ability to work one to one and manage potentially challenging needs and behaviours
  • Must be aware of the childrens emotional needs

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in a similar setting
  • Experience working with children with SEN is ideal
  • Bachelor Degree is preferred
  • Must be available full-time and immediately
  • Live locally to Harrow
