The Role:

  • Provide support and encouragement to students with SEN across the class
  • Work closely with the class teacher to ensure students get the most out of the lesson
  • Use a variety of support techniques to keep students engaged and motivated
  • Ensure the students' wellbeing is a top priority at all times
  • Encourage a calm and postitive learning culture
  • Uphold and reflect the school's values

Requirements:

  • Able to connect with children with a range of Special Education Needs
  • A true passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their best
  • Able to work full time from September
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Local or able to commute to Camden
  • Experience supporting children with SEN
