Job description

Are you local to Southall, Ealing? Are you looking for a new long term position in a school setting?

We are working alongside an all though SEN School based in Southall who are looking for SEN Teaching & Learning Assistant to work within their primary department. The school are looking for candidates who are keen to work long term, and become permanent member of their school. You will be working on a 1:1 basis with students in the primary school, and based in small class sizes. Ideally you will have some experience working with SEN children and have a good understanding of behaviour management techniques.

The role:

  • Support primary SEN Schools
  • Create an inclusive learning environment
  • Manage challenging behaviour
  • Follow the students learning plans
  • Support the class teacher

Requirements:

  • Level 3 TA qualification, or higher
  • Available full time and long term
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils
  • Live local to Southall, Ealing
