Job description

Do you have experience supporting children and / or young adults with autism? Are you looking for a full time role based in Radlett, Hertfordshire?

Envision Education are looking for SEN Specialists to join a fantastic all through SEN School based in Radlett, starting in September 2021, to support their students as a Learning Support Assistant.

This is a full time, long term role with the potential to lead to permanent for the right candidate.

About the role:

  • Support students with Autism, some students are non-verbal
  • Provide 1:1 support and group work
  • Build rapport with students
  • Follow the students' individual learning plans
  • Encourage students to be confident learners

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience in a school setting, or as a support worker
  • Strong SEN knowledge
  • Confident managing challenging behaviour
  • Local to Radlett, and available full-time & long term from September
