Envision Education have partnered up with a number of excellent schools in the Hounslow and Richmond borough who are looking for full-time Learning Support Assistants to support some of their pupils with SEN from September 2021.
We are looking for dedicated and experienced LSA's with a love of working with children!
About the role:
- Work in groups and 1:1 supporting pupils
- Lead intervention groups
- Follow pupil's individual EHCP's
- Promote an inclusive learning environment
- Encourage pupils to be confident learners
- Monitor pupils' progress
Requirements:
- 6 months experience as a Learning Support Assistant
- Must be confident supporting children with special needs
- Team Teach training is ideal but not essential
- Must be available full-time from September
