We have this amazing opportunity for you to work alongside a SEN school in Harrow as they are seeking an affectionate SEN Care Assistant to come onboard and be a valuable part of their wonderful team.

The school:

• An excellent educational provision based in Harrow

• Provides specialised individual programmes for their pupils
• Supported by a team of physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy
• Ensures students achieve their potential both personally, socially, emotionally and academically in all areas of the curriculum

The role:

• SEN Care Assistant to support children in small groups and 1:1
• To provide a high level of care and engage students with their learning effectively
• To look after the different needs of the children and encourage them to develop intellectually, emotionally and socially
• A special opportunity to contribute and make a positive impact in the students' lives

Requirements:

• Recent experience working with children in a school environment or alternate setting
• Able to maintain open and efficient communication with colleagues and parents
• Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
• Must be AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY to work as a SEN Care Assistant
• Already have/willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS
• A warm-hearted and committed individual
