Do you have a thorough understanding of SIMS?

We are looking for a hard working, personable School receptionist to start immediately in a fantastic newly developed Primary School in Hayes. The school is located on the edge of a large park, providing 60 acres of green space right outside. You will be at the front of house, so the first face that visitors see.

At this school, the children are always at the heart of what they do and work to build a positive school environment for staff and pupils. You will be positive minded, and highly organised, with the flexibility to support the parents and staff.

About the school:

The school is a fairly new 3-form entry school, located in the heart of Hayes. They are a centre of high aspirations, which celebrates all levels and genres of achievement. They are always open-minded, and see everything as an opportunity, while working in an inclusive environment.

The role:

  • To assist as the Receptionist
  • Use SIMS to update records regularly
  • Work closely within the admin team , to ensure the correct procedures are followed
  • Help provide a positive experience for visitors
  • Ensure the maintenance of clear and effective filing, records and other systems

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree, desired
  • At least 1 year of experience in a school admin position
  • Extensive knowledge of SIMS
  • Excellent communication and skills
  • Available full time immediately and in September
