Are you an experienced School Finance Assistant with a background in Admin? Are you looking for a part-time role from September?
Envision Education are working alongside a wonderful primary school based in Heston, Hounslow who are seeking a dedicated School Finance Assistant to support their Admin team from the new academic year, for 2 days per week to begin with.

This role would suit an experienced PA to the Headteacher or a School Admin Assistant with a good understanding of Finance and Health & Safety. The role may include PA duties, therefore we are looking for candidates with a strong school-based background.

About the role:

You will be required to support the school with daily Admin tasks and provide assistance in the Finance department. The role may require you to carry out PA tasks and assist the Head Teacher to run the school smoothly. Duties may include sending out emails, manage appointments and the diary and action external queries. We are looking for someone who is proactive and experience with an ability to multitask. School based experience is essential.

Requirements:

  • 1 year school-based Admin experience is essential
  • Good understanding of Finance within a school office
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Must be available to work part-time from September 2020
