School Administrator

Envision Education are seeking a confident and proficient School Administrator with relevant school based experience, to work in an Outstanding school based in Isleworth from September 2020. Please only apply if you have worked in an Admin role within a school.

This role would suit a School Administrator or Admin Assistant who has at least 1 year of experience working in a school within the last 2 years. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised and personable who can work well as part of a team. This is a long-term, full-time role commencing in the new academic year and has the potential to lead to permanent.

About the role:

• Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents and pupils
• Responsible for daily attendance and general safeguarding
• Update data on SIMS
• Work as a team to maintain the school's clerical duties

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a School within the last 2 years is essential
• Must be proficient in SIMS
• Personable and friendly
• Must be available full-time from September 2020
