Job description

Are you an experienced School Admin Assistant seeking a full-time role in the borough of Hounslow? Do you have a good understanding of SIMS / Integris databases?
If your answers are yes to both questions, Envision Education have some great opportunities for you! We work alongside a number of primary, secondary and SEN schools who are in need of experienced School Administrators to join their team immediately and on a full time basis. ***Please only apply if you have SCHOOL BASED admin experience and knowledge of SIMS.***

About the role:

  • Support the team of office staff to maintain an organised front desk
  • Answer internal and external calls from parents, staff and other callers
  • Input, retrieve and update data on SIMS
  • You may be responsible for assisting or managing attendance, admissions or welfare
  • Meet deadlines and liaise with other staff members when necessary

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a School Administrator is essential
  • Excellent understanding of SIMS and school software
  • Must be based locally to, or happy commuting to Hounslow
  • Must be available from 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
