Reception Teaching Assistant

Envision Education are seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant on behalf of an exceptional all-through school based in Isleworth to start a full-time, permanent role from September 2020.

This role would suit someone who has experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within Reception or Early Years. You will ideally have a Degree and / or Level 3 qualification in Childcare. We are looking for someone who is full of energy and is enthusiastic about working with children in an education setting.

This is a fantastic all-through school consisting of 1,500 pupils ranging from EYFS up to KS5. About the role:

• Support pupils in a reception class
• Help the class Teacher to deliver excellent quality lessons
• Ensure pupils get the most out of education by working 1:1 and in small groups to ensure progress
• Offer creative solutions to overcome academic barriers
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the class Teacher when necessary

What we are looking for:

• 1 year experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Degree and / or Level 3 Childcare
• Genuine desire to work in education
• Must be available full-time and long-term / permanent from September 2020
