Are you a recent Psychology Graduate?

If so, we may have the perfect role for you. We are looking for a Psychology Graduate to work 1:1 with SEN pupils in a fantastic Primary School based in Hayes. The role will require working with different age groups within the Primary School and an ability to be flexible in the role. The school is a happy school where students are encouraged to reach their full potential by dedicated and passionate members of staff.

You will have experience working with primary age children and genuinely have the passion to help support young children. The school offer a high quality provision where children are encouraged to become confident, caring and articulate individuals.

About the school:

This Primary School caters to students aged 3 - 11 and are a school that encourage courtesy and respect and recognizing that the development of these and other social skills will be significant in enabling each child to be successful. This is a great opportunity to develop your school, support students and secure a long term position in a local school.

The role:

  • To support students 1:1 across the Primary School
  • To work closely with class teachers to develop plans for students
  • Provide feedback on the students progress
  • To be flexible in supporting students as a group and 1:1
  • Provide an inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

  • A Psychology Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Primary age children
  • A real desire to see students succeed
  • Ability to build rapport with students
  • Available full time from September
