Job description

Are you a Psychology Graduate? Do you live local to Radlett, or within a driving distance?

We are seeking Psychology Graduate SEN TA's for a lovely SEN School based in Radlett, Hertfordshire starting in September 2021. This is a long term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience supporting SEN pupils, and have developed behaviour management techniques, although training will be provided.

The role:

  • Support non-verbal students
  • Work 1:1 with pupils across the class
  • Follow behaviour and Individual support plans
  • Work closely with other SEN TA's and the Class Teacher

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of ASD
  • Experience supporting individuals with ASD or related disorders
  • Good communication skills
  • Live local to Radlett
