PA to the Principle

Are you a confident PA to the Principle or School Office Lead? Are you looking for a new opportunity for September 2020?

Envision Education are seeking an experience PA to the Principle on behalf of an exceptional all-through school based in Isleworth to start in the new academic year.

This role would be best suited to someone who has at least 1 year of experience in a school admin role and is confident to take on extra responsibilities. This is a long-term, full-time position and has the potential to lead to permanent.

A new school having opened in 2013 and is judged to be Oustanding by OFSTED. This is an all-through school that is open to children from the age 4 up to the age 19 years. The school strive to deliver an inclusive and safe learning space and maintain high-standards in all areas of their education. About the role:

• Support the principle with day to day management of schedules
• Manage in-house HR
• Support the SLT team in meetings
• Train the whole staff of groups of staff on office-related systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 solid year of school based Admin experience
• Management / leadership experience within a school is desirable
• Must be extremely organised
• Must be available full-time from September 2020
