Job description

Are you looking for a new Learning Support Assistant position for September? Do you live local to Hayes?

We work with a lovely SEN primary school who are looking for passionate and committed Learning Support Assistants to join their team in September. Ideally you will have recent school based experience and have a good understanding of supporting SEN pupils. This is a long term position, with the opportunity to become a permanent role in the school. Parking is also available on site.

The role:

  • Support SEN pupils on a 1:1 and group basis
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher
  • Follow behaviour and Individual support plans
  • Help to provide an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of ASD
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils in a school setting
  • Good communication skills
  • Live local to Hayes, and available full time
