Calling all Learning Support Assistants!

Envision Education are on a quest to find some dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in a brilliant SEN School based in Radlett, Hertfordshire.

This school cater to children and young adults with Autism, and are looking for Learning Support Assistants to encourage their social and academic development whilst offering a fantastic opportunity to progress in your career!

• Caters to students ages 4 - 19 years with Autism

• Staff are dedicated to seeing the development of both their pupils and fellow staff
• Access to car park

About the role:

• Support pupils with Autism and potentially additional learning needs
• Work 1:1 and in groups
• Attend training specialising in SEN
• Monitor progress of students
• Provide general classroom support to the Teacher
• Work collaboratively as a team to best support the children

Requirements:

• 6 months experience as a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant / Support Worker
• Knowledge of Autism
• Confident supporting children with challenging behaviour
• Must be available full-time from September
• Local to, or happy travelling to Radlett
