Job description

Are you an experience Learning Support Assistant? Do you live local to Hayes, Hillingdon?

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in an SEN Primary School based in Hayes, on a long term basis. Ideally you will have at least 6 months of relevant experience, within the last 3 years and hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher. You will be supporting students with ASD and related disorders, so a patient and caring personality is needed.

The role:

  • Support students with ASD and related disorders
  • Follow the teachers direction
  • Build relationships with students and staff
  • Work with outside agencies to support students

Requirements:

  • Ideally Level 3 TA qualification
  • Experience in a school setting, ideally supporting SEN pupils
  • Able to manage behavior
  • Live local to Hayes
