Learning Support Assistant

Envision Education work with a number of brilliant schools across the Richmond borough, and we are currently looking for talented Learning Support Assistants to place in one of these primary, secondary or SEN schools after Easter on a full-time, long-term basis.

About the role:

• Support pupils with SEN
• Enforce positive behaviour management strategies
• Work in small groups and 1:1
• Follow pupils' EHCP's
• Monitor children's progress
• Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant
• SEN experience is desirable
• Experience must be UK based and within the last 2 years
• Degree and / or Level 3 TA or Childcare qualification
• Must be available full-time and immediately
