Do you have recent experience as a Learning Support Assistant?

If so, Envision Education recruiting looking for a number of Learning Support Assistants for a fantastic SEN School based in Ealing. Prior experience supporting ASD students is desired and a passion to see students succeed.

This is a SEN School that takes a creative approach to learning, and specializes in performing arts to help Autistic students learn and develop as individuals. The roles are long term within the school, with the potential to go permanent, and start in September!

About the school:

A all through SEN School, with an international reputation for innovation and a progressive approach to education. It is a progressive and caring school who offer early years, primary, secondary and sixth form education, to young people on the autism spectrum. You will have a similar vision in putting the needs and welfare of the students above everything else.

The role:

  • To mostly 1:1 with Autistic students
  • Use your creativity to support students
  • Build a strong rapport and provide feedback to the class teacher on student progress
  • Work closely with outside agencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree, or Teaching Assistant qualification
  • At least 6 months of experience working with ASD students
  • Live local to Southall
  • Available full time from September
