Are you a confident Learning Support Assistant?

Envision education are looking for experienced and flexible Learning Support Assistants to work in a fantastic Primary School based in Hillingdon. The school is a friendly, caring and welcoming community, and strive to help their students become confident and resilient students.

You will have prior experience, preferably in a Primary School, and are looking for a long term role from September. It is a large school with over 500 pupils, and they pride themselves on delivering a broad and balanced curriculum to help their students reach their full potential.

About the school:

The school is based within the borough of Hillingdon and provide excellent resources and areas for learning such as a new multi use games area. There are a number of extra-curricular activities to get involved in, which are constantly changing. You will be part of a positive and inclusive school environment.

The role:

  • To support pupils in KS1-2
  • To create positive relationships with staff and pupils
  • Think outside the box of new ways to engage students in learning
  • Work 1:1 or in groups to support pupils
  • Ensure there is a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree, desired
  • At least 1 year of experience in a school
  • Through understanding of the role of an LSA
  • Excellent communication and skills
  • Available full time in September
