We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties.
  • Build positive relationships with students and encourage their independence and confidence.
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging and tailored learning activities.
  • Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has at least 6 months of experience working with children or young people in the UK.
  • Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
