We are looking for some bright Graduates looking to take the next step in their career and gain experience as a Teaching Assistant. We work with some fantastic primary, secondary and SEN schools who are looking to appoint TA's & LSA's to support their pupils in the classroom.
About the role:
- Provide general classroom support to the Teacher
- Work in groups and 1:1 supporting pupils
- Implement creative strategies to encourage academic growth
- Encourage pupils to be confident learners
- Monitor pupils' progress
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate and hold a UK recognised degree
- Minimum 3 months experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Desire to progress in Education
- Must be available full-time from September
