Are you an experienced Finance Officer looking for work for September?

Envision Education are looking for an experience Finance Officer, who has at least 6 months of school based experience, and ideally lives local to Ealing. The role is to start in September, and is a part time position that will continue long term.

The school is a friendly multi-cultural school that puts children at the center of all that they do. They provide a broad and balanced curriculum, appropriate resources, and a good level of adult support through which pupils learn to become confident, independent and reflective learners.

About the school:

This is a mainstream Infant School based in Ealing. They cater for children aged 3-7 years from a range of abilities, backgrounds, religions, cultures and nationalities. They strive for their pupils to be academically, physically, socially and emotionally well prepared for the next phase of their educational journey. The staff you will be working with are committed, hardworking and enthusiastic.

The role:

  • To be the Finance Officer
  • Assist in preparing budgets
  • Prepare balance sheets and invoices
  • Have an in depth understanding of the schools finance systems

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification
  • Good understanding of Finance within a school office
  • At least 6 months experience in a school
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Must be available to work part-time from September 2020
