Job description

Key Stage 3 & 4 Citizenship Teacher Required for a Secondary Girls School in Camden

Envision Education is seeking an experienced KS3 and KS4 Citizenship Teacher for a girls only secondary school in Camden. This is a full-time position starting after February half term until May half term. You must be able to do online lessons in case the lockdown continues after Feb half term.

The role:

  • Planning and preparing lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Provide constructive feedback and setting targets for future progress
  • Provide reports on individual progress to the Headteacher and parents as required
  • Mark and monitor class work and homework
  • Plan and implement effective classroom management practices

Requirements:

  • Must hold a QTS status
  • Must have a university degree
  • Must have experience in delivering the secondary subject curriculum in Citizenship and Geography (essential)
  • Must be available full-time and on a long-term basis
